Information regarding order cancellations
We strive to process and craft your orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our garments involve meticulous handcrafting and reservation of premium materials, we have a strict cancellation policy in place.
If an order is successfully placed and you subsequently decide to cancel it, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment.
This fee covers the initial processing, artisan time, and materials allocated for your order. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
